When it comes to providing our Sanctuary services, we prefer not to leave anything to chance and so rather than putting the provision of service into someone else’s hands, we have opened offices in Tuscany and the South of France with fully trained Sanctuary staff. Through these we can provide a whole array of well thought out services that range from local hosts who visit guests regularly during the week, providing in-depth local knowledge and support, to a daily maid service, cooks that bring authentic local flavours to the dining table, or private driver-guides who pick up guests at the villa and take them out to experience the heart and soul of a region without the hassle of finding a parking space or filling a meter. The key is the local office that gives us the ability to control the quality of the services on offer. This is unique in the villa world.
