- Apartment Experience - Today spend the day at an internationally renowned professional cookery school, set inside the Ritz. During a full day course, clients will prepare a complete menu - starter, main course and desert under the guidance of a professional Chef, learning recipes, techniques and knowledge of the subtleties of French cuisine. The practical course will be followed by an informal dinner with the Chef and tour of the Ritz's professional kitchens.
